Shredded beef

Serves - 4

Cooking time - 2 hours  


  • 500g braising beef
  • 3 tablespoons of Baj's Blazin' Smokin' Sister
  • Half a tin of chopped tomatoes
  • 3 bay leafs
  • 2 beef stock cube
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of cooking oil


  1. Fry off the braising beef until brown
  2. Make up the stock by adding 500ml of water
  3. Add the Smokin' Sister, tomatoes, bay leafs to the beef and stir
  4. Add a little of the beef stock to cover the beef and cover with a lid and simmer on a low heat
  5. Continue to check the beef and add stock until all of the stock has finished. This should take around 1.5 - 2hrs
  6. The beef will fall apart as you press it with your cooking spoon and can be shredded finely or kept as chunky

Serve in tortilla wraps, pittas or hot beef sandwiches with melted cheese! Hmmmm
